Shipping & Ordering
We ship Monday through Friday, except on weekends and holidays.
At this time, all products featured on maokeishop.com are usually shipped from one of our overseas facilities for worldwide delivery. Please allow for some delays as the delivery time is usually dependent on the time it takes to clear customs, which can vary from country to country.
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

- Time of year (e.g., holiday season)

INCORRECT ADDRESS, DISCLAIMER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to a strict delivery schedule. Please double check the address you enter, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address the buyer entered.
If your order is already being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. In this case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
